Read before making appointment
Each piece at Ju1ys is made by you, for you. To make sure your experience runs smoothly, please review the following studio policies before your visit.
By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our studio policies listed.

Because each item is personally handcrafted by our guests, all sales are final once the piece is completed.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or remakes after the session is finished.
Our instructors will do their best to assist you during the making process to ensure you’re happy with your final result. -
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
As a small jewelry studio, we prepare materials and reserve instructor time for each booking. If you need to cancel, please email us at ju1ysjewelrystudio@gmail.com at least 7 days before your session for a full refund of your deposit.
You may reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you reschedule within 24 hours of your session, a $40 fee applies; for a same-day change, the fee is $60.
If you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book another session.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time so you have enough time to make your piece. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, we may not be able to complete all the steps during your scheduled session.
If your piece is unfinished, you can arrange a weekday time to come back and finish it yourself, subject to studio availability, at no additional studio fee. Alternatively, our instructor can complete the remaining hands-on steps for $25–$40 per piece, depending on the work needed. We’ll confirm the fee with you first. Additional materials or shipping, if needed, are charged separately.
For Silver Clay sessions, late arrival may also mean your piece cannot be fired and polished in time for same-day pickup. You can pick it up later or have it shipped; shipping costs caused by late arrival are not covered by the studio.
If you arrive 60 minutes or more after your scheduled time, we reserve the right to cancel your session, and your deposit will be forfeited.
-
Please confirm your design at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
For all design-related sessions, we do not accept unapproved materials brought in on the day of your appointment (such as gemstones, coins, silver or gold pieces, etc.).
If you wish to incorporate your own materials, please contact us in advance for confirmation and compatibility check before your session.Unconfirmed designs will be limited to in-studio standard styles only, and we cannot guarantee completion on the same day.
Bring your own design
If you have a specific design in mind, please send us a message via email or Instagram before booking to confirm the design’s feasibility, material, and estimated time.
Unconfirmed or overly complex designs may require a custom quote or a separate appointment. -
Safety and Materials
Our studio uses professional tools, torches, and chemicals during the jewelry-making process. For your safety, please follow your instructor’s guidance at all times, tie back long hair, and avoid loose sleeves. We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety instructions are not followed.
Our metalsmithing and wax carving workshops use 925 sterling silver by default. Our silver clay workshop uses 999 fine silver. Please let us know before booking if you have a known metal sensitivity so we can discuss the available material options. Plating may change how a piece feels against your skin, but it cannot guarantee that you won’t have a reaction.
Silver jewelry may naturally darken or change in shine with wear. How quickly this happens varies with skin chemistry, perspiration, and exposure to products such as lotion and perfume. We guarantee the stated silver content, but cannot guarantee that a piece will retain its original color or shine after wear.
