Each piece at Ju1ys is made by you, for you. To make sure your experience runs smoothly, please review the following studio policies before your visit.


By booking, you acknowledge and agree to our studio policies listed.

  • As a high-end private jewelry studio, each session is prepared individually for every guest, and seats are extremely limited.
    Therefore, we do not accept cancellations once a booking is confirmed.

    We understand that unexpected changes may occur — you’re welcome to reschedule your session free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice.
    Rescheduling within 24 hours of your booking incurs a $40 fee, and on the same day a $60 fee applies.
    If you cancel or do not show up, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for rebooking.

    Late Arrival Policy

    If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, we’ll do our best to help you complete your piece — however, some steps may need to be simplified or skipped.

    If you arrive more than 25 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your session that day.
    A $40 rescheduling fee will apply to book a new time slot.

    For Silver Clay sessions, please note that arriving more than 25 minutes late means we won’t have enough time to fire and polish your piece — you’ll need to pick it up or have it shipped later instead of taking it home the same day.
    Any shipping fees caused by late arrival will not be covered by the studio.

    If you arrive 60 minutes or more after your scheduled time, the studio reserves the right to cancel your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.

  • Because each item is personally handcrafted by our guests, all sales are final once the piece is completed.
    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or remakes after the session is finished.
    Our instructors will do their best to assist you during the making process to ensure you’re happy with your final result.

  • Please confirm your design at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

    For all design-related sessions, we do not accept unapproved materials brought in on the day of your appointment (such as gemstones, coins, silver or gold pieces, etc.).
    If you wish to incorporate your own materials, please contact us in advance for confirmation and compatibility check before your session.

    Unconfirmed designs will be limited to in-studio standard styles only, and we cannot guarantee completion on the same day.

    Bring your own design

    If you have a specific design in mind, please send us a message via email or Instagram before booking to confirm the design’s feasibility, material, and estimated time.
    Unconfirmed or overly complex designs may require a custom quote or a separate appointment.

  • Our studio uses professional tools, torches, and chemicals during the jewelry-making process.
    For your safety, please follow instructor guidance at all times, tie back long hair, and avoid loose sleeves.
    We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety instructions are not followed.

    All of our jewelry materials are 925 sterling silver by default. Please note that we are not responsible for any allergic reactions to unplated 925 silver. If you have sensitivity to sterling silver, please upgrade to a plated option.
